Mushroom Soup


These amounts can be varied, find whatever feels good


  1. Dice bacon, slice mushrooms, chop onion and mince garlic
  2. Sautee bacon, onion, garlic until translucent on medium-low heat
  3. Add mushrooms and spices and cook for 5-10 minutes, set some mushrooms aside for decoration
  4. Add chicken boullions melted in boiling water
  5. Bring to the boil then turn down and simmer for 10 minutes
  6. Mix in thickened cream and cream cheese
  7. Simmer for another 5-10 minutes
  8. Take off the stove and cool for a bit
  9. Use a stick blender and blend until smooth
