Meatballs in Tomato Sauce





  1. Mix turkey and beef mince together
  2. Add eggs and grated cheese
  3. Season with salt, pepper, powders and herbs to your taste
  4. Shape into palm-sized balls, put on tray and leave in fridge for at least a half hour
  5. Empty the cans of diced tomatos into a mixing bowl
  6. Melt bullions with a bit of boiling water, add
  7. Add seasoning and tomato paste to sauce
  8. Using a hand mixer, whizz into a smoother sauce
  9. Remove the meatballs from the fridge, add to butter-lined caserole dish
  10. Pour sauce evenly over
  11. Cook for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees celcius
  12. Grate some cheese for the last 5 minutes
  13. Serve with sauteed greens
